Try again, perhaps your vin was not correct or bad email address, check your junk mail

thx. i actually redid it the first time because i thought i may have entered incorrect email, but it bounced out saying i already submitted.

just used a different email and included the VIN this time and it worked as you indicated. i guess "optional" doesn't mean the same to everyone.

Taking GLE63s in for a safety recall and hope to use coupon on oil change ($120), 4 tire install ($180), tire disposal ($20).

Used the $150 coupon this week. Funny, my bill total was $295 before coupon so in order to use the coupon I had to ask service rep to charge me more LOL. He added about $10 to the bill and I walked out paying $155 after coupon.
