Do you have a source or link for the Brembo NAO Ceramic pads for the W166 GLE 63 s and a recommendation for rotors? Thanks for the help!

Brembo Pads on Amazon. Have not replaced rotors.

FYI - I fitted the Brembo rotors and Ceramic pads 11 months ago. I followed the bed in procedure to the letter. I also flushed brake fluid at the same time.
This is after 7000 miles...
Both front rotors are damaged like this. Back rotors are fine.

No brake expert here, but this does not look good. Original Brembo, right, so.... what could have caused the pad to wear down so quickly I wonder? Bad mfg batch perhaps? Foreign object stuck in there? Purchased at Brembo or another site? I'm just trying to learn.... I still have approx 50% pads left and am watching for when I need to replace them later this year (30k now on the clock). I am undecided if I will DIY or take it to the dealer. I have the Dynamic Plus pkg with the U70 red brakes.

Ordered via Brembo Front & Rear Brake Kit PVT Disc Rotors Ceramic Pads For MB X166 W166 W167 | eBay
Genuine Brembo. No idea what caused the wear and breakdown of the pads. I don't do a lot of heavy braking but had to the other night and it was scarry. Pressed the pedal has hard as I could, and it felt like the it didn't slow down much and like there was no bite from the pads on the rotors.
Ordered HAWK Performance Ceramic to replace the pads.

It looks like a heat issue on the discs.
When you said you followed the bedding instructions to the letter, did that mean not coming to a full stop, but mostly giving time for the brakes are cool a bit?

Yes. I did the warmup. then 10 slowdowns with 2 minutes at 30 in between and then once completed drove for 30 minutes with no heavy braking. Once cooled down I stopped and checked all 4 rotors, and everything looked perfect. This issue only seemed to be visible after a heavy braking incident, after that I could feel the brakes not biting.
