I see an option for Power 2nd row option so may be it's offered?
"To enhance 3rd-row access and 2nd-row comfort, the outboard 2nd-row seats offer power recline, fore-aft adjustment and head-restraint height. With the touch of a button near each rear side door, an EASY-ENTRY feature can electrically slide the seats forward and even fold the seatback to ease 3rd-row entry and exit. And with the third row stowed, sliding the second row forward offers increased cargo space while still seating passengers."

When I placed my order, the 3rd row seat package was not offered on the 63 in the US. It's only available on the 53 and lower models. I ordered the power 2nd row however. I suspect it's because the 3rd row option includes run-flat tires since there's no spare tire well and run-flats are not optimal for the 63.
