Kamen, what did you do to get this?
My brakes are starting to squeak only in the rain? It seems odd? Have not noticed too much brake dust. But then again, I do not brake as hard as few folks who do.
Who's your service advisor at Richmond?

My brakes started squeaking really bad so I just took it in and they replaced them for me.

Luis Lopez is my SA, nice guy.

I got 9k miles on the GLK...and the brake dust is horrible.

I just bought EBC redstuff for all 4 corners....can't wait to install them soon.

Please post result when you're done.
I want to change my brake pads to something else less dust as well.

I've owned a 2011 E350 for close to two years now. I get little to no visible brake dust, and that is one of the commonly voiced attributes of the car from fellow owners. Has this issue been addressed on the GLK yet?

The break dust on the GLK is nothing compared to my other car. Guess it is all a matter of perspective. Would u really pay for ceramic breaks to get rid of the break dust on a 30K or 40K car/suv? Just clean the wheels, apply Rejex, and hose off once a week.

350 GLK, C280
When you need to change, I suggest Akebono ceramics. They are not expensive and they cleared up the dust on my Range Rover and my wife's c280. NO squeak on either installations. I have also had good experience with Raybestos Brake discs. But I don't think they make front discs for the GLK.

Ditto here, too. My most recent cars, 2012 Camaro 2SS RS, 2007 Corvette and 2002 911 Turbo, all had the same, if not more, brake dust than my GLK.
