Need a favor from a kind GLK owner

Need a favor from a kind GLK owner
I'm getting ready to look at GLKs, but I won't have time to get by the dealer for at least a week. One of the factors that I need to know is the distance (clearance) at the back hatch. Could someone be kind enough to measure the top-to-bottom distance between the top of the rear opening with the door open and the bottom of the opening? I have some equipment for my business that I need to carry around, and the size of the rear hatch door opening is something that I need to know before I even start looking. I'm going to be replacing a Scion xB which is roomy enough...but it's definitely not a Benz.

If anyone can help, thanks.

Not sure if the attached pictures will help but these dimensions are in mm.
