Aftermarket wheel locks

McGard, a quality manufacturer of wheel locks has recently updated their website (I have been told) to correct the GLK application. Unfortunately I stumbled onto the error & ordered the wrong set which was partially my fault. Two styles are now offered for the alloy wheel applications, p/n 28017 (chrome) & p/n 28317 (black). These are 65.7 MM in length. The other options, p/n 28174 & 28374 which are shorter in length, 46.2 MM, are the size for the steel spare wheel. Evidently there are markets which have a standard steel wheel or perhaps there is an aftermarket steel wheel available which require the shorter length. I am purchasing the McGard instead of OEM for the black finish as I have black bolt caps (VW, Saab) on the other bolts. Hope this helps!

The 28017 wheel locks works fine on my 2014 GLK250.

Good to know because when I initially went to their website for the 2010, I came up with the wrong p/n. I am receiving great help from the company however & will soon have the correct locks.
