Sounds like you have a nice pre-woned - you didn't mention Mercedes CPO - so I assume you caught a nice GLK at a non-MB delaer/private-sale. All to the good solid truck.
Sure, buy a 2-pack or 3-pack prepaid service package for your GLK before the 60K service - so that you are covered for both required and recommended items for 60K + 70K service which will include tranny service at 70K.
You have a "solid" GLK - if you take care of your GLK the right way - your GLK will take care of you.

Many problems show up by this time/mileage. Make sure that the tranny service was done as well as other service items (brake fluid flush every 2 years, filters etc). The biggest/worst problem you can have is failed tranny. Can't really do much about it except to get extended warranty, but it's prolly so expensive that you might as well just put that money for a rainy day.
So just enjoy the car. There are plenty of GLKs in 100-120k miles.

To answer your question, the most common "major" problem I have seen on this forum is problems with the front differential.
Do a search for more details; lots of warranty replacements made.
You might want to try to find out if yours is original or has been replaced.
