12V outlet front dead - fuse OK.
Need help please.
Just noticed the front 12V outlet is not working anymore.
Fuse is OK. Also rear one behind center console is working.

Anyone an idea what it could be?

How do remove front 12V outlet? Instructions would be appreciated.

2014 glk 250BT (RIP, 3/1/17}, 2010 C300
could it be the item your plugging in has damaged the interior contacts? I know from experience that some connecters really don't fit well and can damage the outlet. Is yur car under warranty?

No, the car is no more under warranty.

I also think the outlet itself is damaged. That's why I asked if someone can give instructions how to remove/replace it
