2013 GLK 350 rotors and pads

I purchased a new glk350 2013, at 12000 miles the brakes pulsed Bad. I removed the rotors and had them trued. At 35k miles same problem, but the pads are still 60% good. The OEM brakes work great, should I recut again? replace all with new MB parts or go aftermarket? And what aftermarket has the great stopping power and feel of OEM? I don't mind spending extra for MB parts but do NOT want to run into this problem again. Has anyone used post 2013 MB parts and have good service life?

Best Regards,

2016 GLE300d 4Matic
I have an older GLK 350 4Matic (2010) which got vented slotted and cross-drilled from brakeperformance.com and all problems went away. Other folks have them too but those brakes need help. The car is heavy and most of the work is done in the front.
