Air filters
Ended up in PP pages, I know this company from my previous experience with Porsche parts. And have been happy with them.
Anyway, thought about changing (maybe) the cabin pollen filter and airfilter myself.
They seem to sell MAHLE and MB filters, most likely the original MB filter is made by MAHLE anyway. How much wrong can I go if I go with the MAHLE filters on both ?
And why are there 2 different filters for engine ? Which one should I go for -14 250 ?
The numbers listed there, don´t ring a bell.
(800,801,802,809 OR 802,802,804,805,806, U42)

Call the parts department at your dealership, give them your VIN number and ask them whether your GLK takes the filter with part # 651-094-00-04 or 651-094-01-04. Puchase accordingly.
AFAIK the OEM GLK filters are made by Mahle / Knecht. I also use OEM Mahle and Mann filters for my Porsches.

Only way to find out which is the right fliter for his car is to get the dealership to run the VIN (or alternativey to pull the old filter out and read the part number). And, Mahle Knecht is the OEM supplier for the GLK, so those would be my first choice.

That would be the 651-094-00-04 equivalent. The 651-094-01-04 equivalent is here:

Only one - the OM651. What varies is what they add to it and how they run it in order to meet various emission standards. The North American x63 cars with the M156 motor for example have an aditional charcoal filter on top of the engine air filter whereas the European cars don't... I suspect it's something similar here.
