Pricing on later models with new GLC out..big drop?

I've been active looking for a 13-14 for a few months and wanted to finish by end of year and a lot of dealers seem to be aggressive..

However, with the new GLC realistically available in Jan & Feb and lots of trade in and lease returns on later GLK as some dealers are saying..does anyone think the prices will drop drastically?

I am seeing 13-14 MY nice ones in the high 27-29k. NOt sure if I should jump at end of year or wait till Jan rolls around as more GLC's arrive, again not that everyone wants one over a GLK but just general market sense..

New GLK250

I was also looking to pick up a used glk250. But the dealerships here in LA have quite a few 2015 laying around and I was able to secure a good price on a brand new base model one with only 13 miles on it for$33,000 hope that helps you with your decision making.

Dealers tend to want to work hard for their end of quarter numbers. They need to move iron and the more they move the better the bonuses. I think the very best time will be the week between Christmas and New Years. That's not just end of quarter but end of year. They will probably sell at or near cost.

I recently bought a brand new GLK350 when they just started selling the new GLC. the model I got was premium package, comes with panoramic sunroof, everything is power. only thing that is not available is the backup camera and navigation. it was the only GLK available in the dealer, while they try to get rid off the GLK for the new coming GLC they gave me a really good price. i got it for $38k total. I was thinking about getting the GLC when it available, but all the dealers i went to told me there is no negotiation at all for the new cars, because they're new. which is true, doesn't matter what kind of brand car it is. New car price is always fixed.

Now with it running it's at 11.5...

After being in the high 14's for a bit, it dropped to with the engine running 11.8 ... Any ideas?

Just picked up a CPO 2013 GLK350 with only 18k miles that was loaded with everything except airmatic for $37k. Dealer threw in the 2 yr CPO extended warranty so I'll have almost 4 years (1 yr left on factory, 1 yr CPO and 2 yrs extended) and 2 yrs of service.

The only required option for me was Harmon Kardon and in the PNW there were only 5 cars available in CPO with that.

Congrats! I hope they hold their value that well on the East Coast!

Picked up a 14 GLK250 with 23k miles, CPO with added year to it. Has premium package with pano, heated seats, media package with NAV, backup camera and lighting package with adaptive bi-xenon for $34,900 + shipping at 900.

I felt the price was fair as they are hard to come by an no one was budging on price.

Yes there is definitely a significant percentage of buyers that prefer the GLK body style over the GLC which is helping hold up pricing. My dealer told me he had two other clients looking for GLKs with exact requirements for color and options that he had just about given up finding and he still couldn't talk them into a GLC.

Mine has Premium w/ Pano, Multimedia (Command, NAV and backup), Heated seats/steering wheel, AMG styling package (love the 20" wheels), Lighting Package, Lane Tracking Package, Tow, and HK. MSRP was $53k

Just checked my Mercedes Me account and I actually received 3 years of maintenance!!!

GLC really helps to keep the value. I personally didn't like the face lift or the GLC.

If you guys knew what the maintenance entails you would say it should be free. I stopped going to the dealer when warranty ran out and do it myself to save time and the $150-300 bucks they overcharge.
