New GLK owner. Rubbing Grinding Sound on Acceleration. Help!
Hello from beautiful British Columbia Canada.
I recently purchased my first Benz - a 2010 GLK. It had low kms, a good history, and I completed a very comprehensive inspection when I bought it.
I took it for 2 test drives and it felt and drove like a good car.
Approximately 2 weeks after I bought it, it developed a whine/grinding noise when I accelerate. The noise is only heard on acceleration, and when my foot is off the gas it stops. It is very loud and annoying.
The noise only comes after the car is warm.
Any thoughts or ideas?
