Other than $1080 to replace b1s2 nox sensor @ 47k in June 2018, now a year later @ 54k the light came on this morning. we drove about 100 m round trip and noticed it idled rough and had blue smoke on takeoff that smelled like urea, got it scanned and p205c-reductant tank temperature sensor circuit low.So I bought 5 g def. I was able to suck out a gallon of clean def before I put in the new: it only took about 4-1/2 gal to fill it up. Has anyone been through this,if so what can I do to fix it.All the other fluids are full.

It might be the AdBlue pre-heater assembly as they are known to go bad. You can find a repair kit sold by MB but it's about $1k just for parts, so I can only imagine what a stealership would charge to replace.
Are you using a MB-specific code reader? It might help narrow it down better.

It was at autozone I had the code read. I’m trying to find a decent repair shop that will have merc.scanners ,since I moved the shop I used before is 200 miles and usually it’s a 2 day wait. You have to envy other diesel owners who have the def delete programs available. The clouds of def smoke I stood in yesterday proves that. 100k i fear will be too costly for me to see. Thanks for your help.

The biggest hurdle with these Bluetecs is proper diagnosis. Parts are expensive and you shouldn't have to replace many of them, only the defective unit(s). The sensors are there to tell you when something is amiss, although sometimes the sensors can get wonky. More often than not, they're fine and just the offending part(s) need to be replaced. If you have a good Indy shop/mechanic, stick with him and it'll keep your costs down. Or learn to do your own work if possible.
I'm into 98k miles already, having done several cross country trips and no big issues to speak of, just maintenance. [goes to find some wood to knock on]
Although I am considering a tune to take care of the complex emissions system and let my diesel breathe freely...

I just noticed you also emigrated out of Ill-annoy and up north to Wisconsin.

Oh I hear you and loud and clear. Escaping Crook County was the smartest thing we’ve done. Not to worry, Evers will be a one-term blight on this otherwise great state.
Except for Demorat safe havens like Madison and Milwaukee, our state is largely conservative. We were quite upset when Walker lost and are determined to put another conservative back in the governor’s mansion.
