Any commercially available DEF fluid may be used, as long as it meets the ISO spec required for quality. You don't need to buy MB labeled "AdBlue", and there is no such requirement that I'm aware of.
I've used Peak Platinum mostly and also Tractor Supply branded DEF which is even cheaper. I have not tried the DEF dispenser pumps at the truck stops, mainly because I don't need to use the truck pumps to get fuel, but technically you could use that as well, if you happen to get that "AdBlue Level Low" message in the middle of a longer trip (unlikely).
