Over a year's wait (!) for the 350D or the 450? 
The GLS450 typically should be a turnaround time of 3-4 months? But I've also heard of longer times elsewhere - not sure if that's applicable everywhere in the US.
You could think also of driving down to shop in the NY/NJ/CT area if that makes sense - not sure if you're looking for a custom build or something off the lot that meets your specs.
