To give everyone an update. Locked in a deal with a local dealer on an in stock GLS450. 10.5% off pre-incentives, which is 13.1% off total. Cheaper than my outgoing 2017 GLS450.
Lease terms are best for 48 months for those interested.
thanks to those that PM me, shopping around at those dealers helped bring the cost down on the model I wanted!!

I wish I can find a loaded one with Expresso interior.

my local dealer used to give me from 10 to 12% off most of the cars I purchased from them but they sucked after new ownership!
do you guys have the info of a certain person at the dealers you are dealing with to reach out to right away?
Shopping for GLS for my wife.
Thank you.

If you're in Atlanta - like most "normal" places right now in the US - with so few new 2020 GLS's (or 2020 GLE's) being delivered, and lowest dealer inventory in a decade - MSRP quotes or at best $1000-$1500 VIP Discount - or forget about it..

13% is a good deal, about what it should be for a GLS. But you gave some of that back on the 48 month lease. Should have done a 36, everyone knows leases should never exceed 36, 39 absolute max. At 48 you probably could have financed for 72 at zero interest and come out ahead. Nice color BTW.

Did you put any cash down?
For 50 more the 36 is a no brainer. This way you get to level up and get a newer model. Now you end up paying over 10k in year four to lease a 4 year old suv. 48 month leases are terrible propositions, there is a reason MB is promoting this.
Nice pictures by the way.
