Understanding what size rim or tire is needed for winter
Hello.
injust picked up my gls 450 and it had 22” conti premium contact 6 tire on 8 spoke Amg wheel.
i didn’t realized it’s a summer tire when I bought it and now I am looking for winter tires.
I saw a lot of post but mainly they are for the 63 or 580.
can someone let me know what I need to look for if I want to search on eBay for a set of rims/tires for winter ? I read a lot about the caliper or brakes may interfere with the rims so I want to learn more before buying them. Would a 20” wheel work? Safety is my primary concern.
