Door latches sporadically

Door latches sporadically
One of my rear doors is starting to fail. That is, sometimes when opened it does not want to stay closed. I usually have to repeatedly close it until it catches. I got a quote of around $350 to fix this...seems to be quite a bit for such a simple part. Maybe the rear airbags create a labor issue...I don't know. Has anyone else experienced this door latch issue?

Do you know how to remove the latch and reinstall?
I have a driver's rear door that I am getting ready to do. I can get it loose but can't get to it. Someone said that you have to take off door handle as well. Any help is appreciated.
