i actually took the cluster out. took all the bulbs out and colored them with a permant marker. it works. the clock and everything was blue but it started to fade after awhile. ive been doin reaserch on where to get those bulbs from but can not find them. they are very tiny bumbs the size of a tic tac and smaller. i tried to pull them out the plastic that holding them on but cant get them out. so i really have no clue on how to get a blue dash.

to make life easy without scratching any parts. FIRST take off the plastic that covers the steering wheel colum. theres should be 3 screws under there. SECOND you take off the 3 pieces of covers thats next to the plastic cover that was covering the steering colum. then u should should see a hole on the left and right of the steering colum.THIRD you will see the the black bezel thats around the cluster. if u look on each of the bottom end of the black bezel you will see a stub that sticks out so you can pull towards you and the bezel will slide down. FORTH after the bezel comes off you will see 2 screws on top thats holding the cluster. take those off and you will see 1 on each side of the cluster. takes those off. after that the cluster should come off. unplug the wires from the back. it is not difficult. but if you have any problems mail me back whenever you want. the only problem u would really have is the black bezel. just pull the stubs that sticking out and slide down hard. but if any problem write back and i'll be gladly to help.

L.E.Ds

Just change ur background lights in the cluster to L.E.Ds
i did that to my c-class and it works quite well.
But the only downside is that u have to rewire some of the sockets to fit the L.E.Ds

Tried that but no go.

I have the AMG ML55 Gauges and I tried changing the bulbs to blue bulbs and the thing is that teh bulbs were already clear. It's the backing that is colored orange inside the cluster. Unless the regular ML's are different. But did you see any orange/blue mixture anywhere when you colored them? I'm planning on removing the cardboard backing and scanning it and printing out a new one with custome colors. Just removing the needles has posed a problem. thanks!

Gauges Ordered

I ordered them from Cali just about 2 years ago. I might be selling them because I want the Brabus one, but I don't know yet.
