Help - Dashboard light replacement

One of the lamps illuminating the main dashboard (speedometer & rev-counter) on my ML270 needs replacing.

How difficult is this to do? Will I need a repair shop?

Hah! Same problem here...

It is the right side of the speedo, and left side of the tach! :(
