ML 430 codes 0173, 0156

ML 430 codes 0173, 0156
Hi I'm new to the ML world. Nothing like stopping @ Autozone on the way home from the dealer to check a engine light. 
O-well I love this thing, 2000 ML 430 77,000 miles.
I noticed it started losing power only @ WOT. It'll run great at anything below 3/4 but as soon as you get past that point it just start slugging down. Ran the codes and got 0173 which is the normal code around there and 0156. I just cleaned the maf and reset the codes and it didn't change anything. The 0156 refers to the 02 sensor curcuit mal (bank 2 sensor 2). Doing a internet search showed me that this could also mean the 02 in stuck rich or lean. I'm going to tap into the 02 tomorrow mourning and make sure it acting as a 02 should. Any other ideas? I'm leaning toward the 02 b/c it runs great everywhere but WOT. I also checked the plugs wires and what not and they look new.
P.S. I know I could take it back to the dealer but they don't open till monday and I want to drive tomorrow.

Ok I'll try to anwser my own ? here. The sensors semms to be working correct. I'm leaning toward the MAF or fuel filter.
Another weird thing is at wot 3rd gear around 80 it runs good again. I think I'm gonna order a MAF today.
