2003 ML350 Aux fans not running

Hi,
My A/C stopped working last week. After some troubleshooting, I had the all the refrigerant emptied out and refilled it my self at home afterwards. The compressor engages, and the AC is blowing cold air but I noticed the Aux fan were not running. The car does not heat up, temp has always been normal. I then checked the fuse F44 and the relay K26, both were fine. I then took the fans off the car and tested them with the battery and they run fine when provided with power. I'm assuming there is something wrong with the wiring harness? or is there something else I should be looking for? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

you fail to understand the function of the aux fan system---the fans engage when you have issues with coolant and or refrig temp,--you have neither buy yourself a hotdog
