ML 320 Millage Question

ML 320 Millage Question
Sup guys, so let me make a long story short.
A couple months ago I was driving a chevy venture minivan to school. I called it the beaner van. It had around 135,000 miles. That van was a P.O.S!
About a month ago, my dad gave me his ML320. I still have to make payments, the car is almost payed off.
So my dad drives the minivan and i drive the suv.
The SUV has around 107,000. Is that alot of miles or is ok? Im scared the engine might stop working lol
At what milage do cars start giving you problems?
