There is a plastic cover over the speedometer dash cluster. It cracked. Is it easy to replace it? Can just the plastic cover be replaced or does the whole instrument panel need to replaced? Instrument panel is $1000. I couldn't find anyone selling just the plastic cover.

I found out instructions how to remove the whole instrument panel.

Is it possible just to remove the plastic wrapper around the plastic and
maybe a few screws, without removing the instrument panel?

I don't have the long tool to push the tabs to remove the instrument panel.

Also, where are the two plastic covers next to the steering wheel, which
are supposed to be removed? I tried to pull things, but nothing is coming
out.

I could only get the lining over the dash cover unplugged from the
top. Something is holding it tight at the bottom.
