ML270 stalling underload

Hello,
ML270 cdi 197,000ks 2004 model
Im currently and have been for a long time now experiencing Random stalling out when under load either whilst driving or while idling with accelerator pressed !!!!! (NEVER BRINGS UP CEL)
Always re-starts instantly and whilst driving if I rotate key cycle fast enough it just starts again similar to bump starting a manual car with no need to crank ignition.
First start while cold and it drives perfectly but as soon as it reaches operating temps it all starts randomly stalling
I have changed, plastic lines and o rings, HP pump, fuel filter, pressure reg and sensor, crank sensor, MAF sensor, fuel rail, ignition switch, Battery is good.
The weird thing is I have driven 600ks with no issue but then sometimes it won’t drive 20 ft without stalling.
Sometimes I can keep it running by coming on and off accelerator whilst driving other times as soon as it hits 1500rpm stall and then I cannot drive at all until cooled down (But it will always re start first time every time) just wont let me accelerate without stalling
Diesel tank can be full or low and it will still do it
Personally Im more focused on sensor/ electrical problem rather than fuel delivery but im only a novice so I’d welcome any opinions that may help diagnose
I have a video of what happens but not sure I can post it on the forum ?
Not sure this issue would cause stalling but my inlet swirls need removing or replacing as everything is loose and linkages broken plus very oily down there ?
unless somebody knows otherwise regarding inlet causing stalling
yours hopefully

Because the CEL does not illuminate, does not mean that there are no codes stored. Scanner must read all modules.

2004 ML270 cdi
Update done 😀

Now for update on the 2004 ML270
i purchased a scanner specifically for Mercedes,
(yes I know not star but budget and all)
Any way after initial scan had quite a few history codes,
deleted everything and rescanned CLEAR.
I then re-produced fault and re scanned
P1661 injector voltage 1 under voltage ?
cleared fault and re produced fault again
same code !!!!!
Now after a quick chat with Dr google I’m leaning towards ECU/M
injector harness chaffed or My battery isn’t as good as I thought ?
Thoughts/ideas/experience
