Steering wheel squeaks,inside the car.

Hey guys, my 05 ml350 steering wheel squeaks inside the car when im turning, its not the power steering pump. Sounds like rubber seal squeak somewhere under the dash or something. Only happens when i start driving and then after driving for few minuets it goes away. Any idea what should i look for and how to get rid of it, kinda annoying. Thanks

The problem is usually caused by a dry upper bearing, which is not replaceable.

Remove the Air Bag, then the Steering Wheel and then the Clock Spring and lubricate the top bearing with WD40.

Do not try to turn the steering wheel with the battery connected unless you have a scanner that can read and erase the codes.

How am I supposed to know what it sounds like without hearing it? I can only suggest what I believe it is.
