W163 270CDI - pure offroad project
Hi guys,
I would like to show my new project - W163 270CDI '04
I decided to repaint whole car (use poliurethane bedliner), grow up 2", 32" tires, build custom rear McPhersons, build custom front and rear steel bumpers, renew engine etc.
Up to present day:
- repaint done
- renew break system done
- renew engine under progress
- build custom rear McPhersons done (not tested yet)

I really like the look of this. My son has been pushing me to start plasti dipping stuff like the hood, door trim, entire door handles, rims, etc. This might push it over the top since we have very similar looking white vehicles.

can I ask ,what type of fender flares did you use ? are they original Mercedes ?

Rear shocks are custom made. I used front Patrol's Y60 front shocks and add lower coil suport.
Fenders are original AMG product.
