Codes P0300, P0305,P0306, P0307
ML430 2000 @ 202,700 miles.
Just yesterday I got a flashing check engine light. Ran the codes and I got P0300, P0305-07. The car is running well only once in a blue moon I'll get a slightly rough idle. Recently it started to jerk while accelerating. Like it's taking a big inhale before a sneeze. My plan is to get all new coil packs and spark plugs put in just bc of the miles the other ones are probably not far behind. I don't know if this is the sure thing I should do after getting these codes.
Just wanna know what ya'll think, what does this tell me, and if you've had this before what did you do?
Thanks!

P0300 code -This occurs along with other misfires.
System is telling you that there are misfires on probably all cylinders and the cyls. that are only showing errors are cylinders 5 & 7.
Swap the wires with the good side and see if it follows the SPW. Do the same with the coils.
I'd also monitor your STFT and LTFTs and post here.
Your symptoms could also point to cat issues. Do a simple temperature cat test with a thermal gun, fore and aft. Google this test, and follow their simple instructions.
