2008 ML350 Bluetooth Question
Assuming I can get a phone paired to the puck i have to install in the armrest, is there a microphone on the dash somewhere to pick up my voice? Where is it.
My wife traded her 2008 C-300 with integrated bluetooth for a 2008 ML 350 today, and was dismayed to find that it's not integrated bluetooth. I found the MIH Interface device, the instructions for which indicate that the other party's voice is sent through the audio system. But it doesn't say if your voice is picked up by a dash-mounted mike.

It does have built in microphones. I believe there are a few under the mirror, but I could be mistaken.
MB has a Bluetooth module that plugs into the dock in the center console and it works fairly well.
