power steering pulley
2006 Ml350- power steering pump is leaking. I know I have to remove the pulley to get at all the E14 bolts- appears pulley is pressed on & I can use a collar type pulley to remove it.
Has anyone done that- not sure of the shaft size & which of the many collar type pulleys will work?
Indie wants 1,000 for the job- I figure for 3 bolts & 3 hoses I'll do it with a rebuilt unit. If it really is a $700 part it would last more than 50K
