I was trying to find a schematic or location so I could swap it out for an electronic flasher and eliminate my hyper flash Any i

There is no flasher, it is part of the control system (SAMs and such).

If it is flashing fast you have a problem.

I fitted LED wing mirror lamps and I have hyperblinking on the dash even though the indicators are working ok, is there any solution for this aside from reverting to the filament lights? Thanks.

You can wire in a resistor to simulate a filament bulb.
