At 80k there should have been a transmission flush and fill. If not then it is possible for DIY but getting the transmission up to the proper temperature to set fluid level seems to me to be a high risk proposition.
I snagged this .pdf a while back and use the instructions on the last page to reset. There are multiple individual items one could check as being serviced but haven't found a good explanation for what the terms mean. So I select "complete service" as this document recommends:
