Hey recently I dropped an amp wire in the back of my car on the rear trunk metal plate on my 2011 ML350 4matic, the car was on and the wire was live, I took it to a Mercedes dealer in Pittsburgh and they replaced the relax box which was $575 under the seat but still don't know what's wrong, can you guys shed any light?
