Hello W-164 family. I'm proud to announce that I've purchased a new (Used) 09 ML350 with 106K miles on it. Everything seems to be fine, except both front parking lights are out. I'll look into replacing them this weekend. This is my 3rd Benz, I've owned a w210 and w211 before now. This vehicle feels bigger inside that I presume from the outside.

Please advice me on what I need to check or do since I don't have any prior knowledge of the maintenance by the previous owner. I went to a Benz service manager I've used in the past and he said the last time it was taken to a dealer was at 42K miles...that's 60,000 miles ago.

I've ordered Cabin and Engine Air Filters.
Will do Oil change this weekend.
A tune up ...spark plugs.

I'm also thinking of transmission and brake line flush.

What make tires do you guys recommend?..I've always use Michellin MXV4's

Please advice on what else I need to do.

what do you recommend tor bulbs 6000k or 8000k? for headlights?
still debating running boards, because some people in here said it's in the way of getting in & out. Also, are the ebay ones selling for $180ish reliable?
