Been searching for the v ribbed belt 2397mm with part number A0039937296 all over. Only saw it here https://m.ebay.de/itm/Original-Mercedes-Benz-W221-S-Klasse-Keilriemen-A0039937296-/371966999319?_trksid=p2349526.m4383.l4275.c4&_mwBa nner=1&_rdt=1
And it's used. Is there anywhere I can get a new one in the US? All I see is the continental contitech that I got some months ago but it made some squeaky sound.

during the course of my search I saw belts with sane part number but not 2397mm but ranged from 2400 to 2404. I'm not in the US and wish to avoid making shipment of such and realising the belt is of differ3nt. If you recall I think it's on tgis platform that I said I got a conti tech belt cause I couldn't see a Benz belt that turned out to be squeaky.

Make sure you take the time to remove all the old belt residue from the pulley grooves. Even down to using a fine point pick or something.
That's often a cause of belt squeaks as is not re-fitting a belt to travel in the same direction it was originally.

Serpentine Belt Shredded
Scariest thing while driving. The steering wheel locked, battery signal msg on dashboard and car lost all power, all this while driving at 60-70mph on the freeway. The car would only go straight, almost impossible to gear the steering wheel to the right. To avoid an accident. I've own a c300, 2010 with less than 60,000 miles. After 3-4 yrs of having the vehivle, the serpentine belt had to be replaced once, around 1/18. Now, fast forward to 8/18 the belt just broke off again. This time with no warning. This is a death trap vehicle. I will never feel comfortable driving it again.
