P204F & CEL - Reduct system? on '09 ML320 Blutec

Post-purchase inspection and oil change by highly qualified independent MB specialist didn't see anything of concern. Three days later, check engine light and P204F code thrown over the weekend on my very new to me ML-320 Blutec. I pulled the code using the ODB2 reader from FIXD, so other than the code and a very high level explanation there isn't much troubleshooting detail.

I searched the W164 forum for the P204F code but didn't find any posts, so I need to ask for help in this thread.

Bluetek vehicles do not have "P" codes. This is the problem with using a code reader whose manufacturer assigns its own code numbers.

You must have a scanner that can read the codes properly.
