Water entered the vehicle.now displaying drive to workshop withou changing gears and
Due to rains water creeped into ml320 2009 model and now electrical snot operating. Not taking ignition and display drive to work shop without shifting gears. Inside lights blinking. What could be reason and what is remedy

Probably the control boxes under the front seats. Will need to remove seats and pull back carpet then remove and probably replace the electronics. But sooner then later so there is less corrosion on terminals.
i had this problem when driving through deep water. The water pushed a grommet out and let water in.
