Does anyone have this type of rear entertainment setup? I just bought one and installed it on my 2016 e350, but it only stays on for about 3 minutes and then both monitors shut off. I'm also surprised the sound doesn't go through the speakers and only through headphones. The dealer doesn't know anything about this DVD setup even though it's a Mercedes product. I thought they'd have to set something up through the COMAND unit but they insist
they don't have an option to turn it on. Any thoughts? Thanks!

The M class has the same optional TV setup.

Yes, but the wiring diagrams and component locations will not be the same. This is why they have different forums.

I received a pm from someone with the exact same setup they have on an m class, and they were extremely helpful and was able to fix my problem. Thanks again for being so helpful. Your very unhelpful posts with wrong information may have helped keep this toward the top so someone that was actually trying to help with my problem saw it. Thank you again and have a great day!
