Can anyone tell me the best location to tap into the high beam circuit,

Probably at one of the bulb connectors. It must be run to switch a relay though.

Thanks Ted,
I have tested the wiring harness, and the only place i could get a feed was at the bulb, off of the black wire.
the intention is to run this signal, through a relay.
just needed confirmation thanks. Gordon
