"Extra" connection to left side Bi-Xenon headlight?
Hi folks,
Recently replaced the compressor and condensor (and other A/C parts) in my daughter's 2006 ML350.
While I had the bumper cover off, I also removed the headlights, to buff them with a bench buffer (which worked pretty well) and to disassemble the right side one to fix a loose parking light lens in there.
When I put them back in, there was the left-most (driver's side most) connection to the left headlight for which I could not find a connector. I looked around a fair amount, and all the connectors in that section of the harness were already connected to the headlight. IIRC, there were five connectors on the headlight and four on the harness. I thought that it might be a connector that wasn't used in this application. This appears to not be the case, as now the low beam and turn signal do not work. Any pointers on where that other connector comes from? A diagram would be great.
Thanks!
