This is my new-to-me 2010 ML350. The headrests in the fronts are both messed up. I can hear broken parts in them, so I'm assuming unfixable. I found some replacement headrests, but they don't have wires coming out of the ends of either one (I'm assuming from an earlier version of an ML. If I replace my messed up ones with these replacement ones and obviously not plug them in because of the missing wire, is there going to be an issue somewhere with the restraint system throwing off an error and lighting up my dashboard? If so, just not sure what to do about these suckers. Thanks for an insight.

Remove the panel on both seats and see what parts are broken. Visit dealer for parts.
