Swapping Low Beams with H7 LED Lights
ML350 2011 4Matic, absolutely can’t stand these halogen lights. Terrible sight of view and they look terrible. Wanting to swap low beams for some LastFit H7 LED’s, ultimately want that 6000k look. I’ve heard some things about LED’s overloading the control modules/etc….also the heat emitting from the lights themselves. Please comment if you’ve had any success or failures with this!!! Thoughts??

Doing this will give you far better results. The main difference between the models with bi-xenon and the models with halogen is that halogen models do not have the levelling and curve following systems, but the mounting should be the same.

They also come with the retainer you'll need to clip them in (since they have the big heatsink and cable plug, like most LEDs. Be sure to install them horizontally, so LED panels face up and down. This is correct positioning for this vehicle's projector lens.

I just had luck getting these LED bulbs in my 06 ml350. Just be sure they're plugged in the correct direction or they won't turn on. No error messages, and my vehicle likes to throw canbus errors at like all LED lights. haha (at least rear lights)
