Has anyone been able to successfully fix the locking mechanism on the MB cargo box? Not sure of the exact model number, but photo here for reference.
If you have, wondering what the process was for fixing? Right now, mine doesn't latch closed on either side. Would hate to throw it away if its just a piece of the mechanism being stuck somewhere and easily fixed.
Have no experience with Yakima, or MB branded boxes, but do know that every lock on OE racks, including the crossbars themselves, are Thule items. The mount system on OE crossbars is Thule T-track.
