Aftermarket Head Unit with backup camera

Hey all,
I have a 2009 ML350 and I'm hoping to install a backup camera. I bought a rearview mirror one but it seems like a pain in the ass to install and maybe doesn't have the right adapter. So I was wondering if anyone had any recs for cameras or headunit replacements that have a backup or a input for a backup camera.

Most double din aftermarket head units will have a RCA input for a camera on the back of the unit. I'd recommend a Pioneer/Sony/Kenwood etc. over an android based unit for a less problematic experience. Pair to a aftermarket backup camera which come with RCA output. No recommendations on specific cameras since both of my 164s come with a factory camera (which can also be connected to an aftermarket unit).
