2006 ML-350, Crank, no start
I have a 2006 ML-350 (w164). It was driving rough for a couple weeks then one day went and filled with gas at station, drove to supermarket and park, since then it would only crank (keeps cranking for a few more times even if key is released) but would start.
So far:
- Changed the crank sensor
- Tested that the fuel rail is getting 55psi
- Added new fuel to the air intake directly (in case fuel had water from last station fill up)
I'm running low on ideas. Please help.
BTW - cleared and re-read the code and only something ignition Terminal 30b undervoltage came up. I can get the exact code if we think it's that.

You've got fuel pressure but are the injectors firing? Look for a.wet spark plug.
Any history of check engine lights or other codes? What repairs if any? Are swirl flap actuators doing their thing? Is the starter Turing over quickly?

Always has the check engine light on for a decade. 163k miles. Had a rear end hit last dec. Insurance fixed it but never seemed to run as smooth as it did prior. They claim nothing in front is affected by the rear hit. Geico. The starter is turning over even when key is released. Not sure I know what swirl flaps are.

Also ECM and or security system can be causing the headaches .
What relays or fuses control the injector? I'm inclined to now rule this out.
