Locked out of 2009 ml350

Need help.
Car battery dead, remote can’t open door.
key blade not opening the door. It turns clockwise and not counterclockwise to open the door

is there any other ways to get inside the car.?

They must've changed the way the lock operates between the 164/166 platforms. On my '13 the mechanical key must turn counterclockwise to the 9 o'clock position to unlock and to the 3 o'clock position to lock, much like every other car in my stable. Once unlocked, pull to open.
Regardless, I'd be inclined to shoot some TriFlo teflon lube in the keyway and in the slot the handle goes into.

No, not yet. I have a W166 and don't drive the 164...I did spray wd40 in...no luck...I will try the trick you suggested. later
