planning to drop my ml350 pls help

hi! i am thinking of lowering my 2013 ml350 with 20" wheels. i just want to know how bad the ride will be if i change my springs to H&R. will drop approximately 1.6" rear and 1.8" in the front. if it won't change my ride that much i will go for it. pls reply your advice. thanks

According to specs, you only have little more than 5 inches of ground clearance as it is, why lower it further? You might end up scraping The underside at parking garage ramps and speed bumps.

Why would you want to drop your ML. That reminds me of a Pagini Zonda and a Mazerati, racing past me last summer, leaving a trail of scuff marks, sparks and bits & pieces and some parts. I don't care who won or lost, I just laughed at the stupidity of it all.

I lowered my ML63 about 1.5" with links..it firmed up handling and looks much better with less space over the tires...
And if I need extra clearance I just push the raise button.
The links are easily removed or adjusted although I never have done either...I may lower another .5" this summer.. we'll see

sounds fantastic, do a search for dropped ML you'll see examples. hellaflush too, look good on the street.
