My 2012 ML350BT is a CPO car from Mercedes corporate store. No major issues were found so far. The engine is quiet and smooth. However I found the rattles in the car is pretty annoying. Especially when you brake, accelerate or on the bumpy road, you could hear minor rattles from dashboard, roof liner or chairs. It's more like friction or deformation. The noise is minor but if you turn off the stereo and close the window you could hear it from time to time.

The dealer said it is normal, but does anyone have the same issue there? Is it a real issue at all?

If it is an issue, not sure how could I deal with it. Can it be fixed?

I have some roof rattle while sunroof shield is open, took some time to figure. 2k miles on my ML350.

Thanks...I am thinking if something needs to be lubricated.

Can you hear any creak or groan from the chairs when make a fast turn?

Only on low speed and small bumps, it is somewhere between sun roof and rear cabin light. Inside.
