W166 in England and Europe

W166 in England and Europe
Since the W166 are made in the US. Are these models sent to England and Europe. I know UK/Euro models cars have some different specs, like require yellow turn signals and convex drivers mirrors.
Any comments from over there?

All w166 are made in the USA for the world market. They are built to spec for the particular market they are being shipped to.

W166, X166, basically all Mercedes SUVs are sold in Europe. We even get the GSL350d and GLE350d that you guys cant have anymore in the US. As Dieseldoc said, specs are different than US models. When you run the VIN search on your vehicle, one of the option code is actually the country setting. That impacts indicators, rear mirror, GPS, whether the speedo is in mph or km/hr, and some other things like the active lights. For some outdated law they are not 100% active in the US while they are in the rest of the world.
