We haven't had a chance to start website for Mercedes-Benz products. It's on our to-do list though.

The best way to go around this is to install a dedicated power supply such as the Power Magic Pro. It will keep the camera powered when the car is off, but only for either a limited (settable) time, or until the battery voltage goes below a certain level, whichever comes first. I have it on all my cars, works like a charm.
